• Usage Data: Basic analytics such as pages visited, feature usage, and session duration to help us improve the platform.

• To provide and maintain the Clearline Civic platform.
• To authenticate your identity and manage your account.
• To communicate with you about your account or the service.
• To improve the platform based on usage patterns.

Your Township's Data Belongs to Your Township

All township-specific data entered into Clearline Civic remains the property of the township that created it. We will never sell, license, or share your township's individual data with third parties.

Aggregate Data

We may compile anonymized, aggregate statistics about overall platform usage (e.g., average number of work orders across all townships, typical material costs). These aggregate reports will never identify any individual township or user.

Data Security

We use industry-standard security measures, including encryption in transit (HTTPS) and secure authentication through Google Sign-In and Supabase, to protect your data.

Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate the platform:

• Google — for authentication (Sign-In)
• Supabase — for database hosting and authentication
• Vercel — for application hosting
• Google Maps — for map display and geolocation features

These providers have their own privacy policies governing how they handle data.

Data Retention

Your township's data is retained as long as your account is active. If you choose to close your account, contact us and we will delete your data within 30 days.
