Effective Date: April 2, 2026
These terms govern your use of Clearline Civic ("the Service"), a web-based platform for township public works management.
By accessing or using Clearline Civic, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Clearline Civic is intended for use by townships and their authorized personnel for managing public works operations. You agree not to:
Your data is yours. All township-specific data you enter into Clearline Civic remains the property of your township. We do not claim ownership of your data.
We will never sell your township's individual data to any third party.
We may use anonymized, aggregate data across all townships to generate general usage reports or improve the platform. These reports will never identify any individual township or user.
We strive to keep Clearline Civic available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance or updates that temporarily affect availability.
Clearline Civic is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these terms. You may stop using the Service at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases, but your data ownership rights remain as described above.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We will notify users of material changes via email or an in-app notice.
These Terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Service are governed by the laws of the State of North Dakota, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Clearline Civic is a North Dakota limited liability company.
